New product--Pvc synthetic leather with silicone coating Pvc synthetic leather with silicone coating is a new product which is developed by our company's research and development department.It can be divided into three layers.Backing is cattle fiber cloth with soft nap.Middle is good quality pvc material.Most important of all is the surface side,we call it silicone coating. Silicone coating gives the leather very good physical properties.First,it has good antifouling property.We can easily clean it if we write something on the leather.Second,it has good scratch resistance which is similiar like real leather.Third,it has good waterproof and water resistance.Forth,it has good hand-feeling.Fifth,silicone coating is one kind of modified material,it's environmental-friendly and can pass reach standrad.Sixth,it has lower prcie than solvent-free material but similiar quality.

Our company has new varieties of reflective products,which uses printing technology.

Our company has developed two new PU products.One is PU leather with cashmere imitation backing,the other is Cattle fiber backing PU leather.This kind of PU leather is water-based enviromental.There's no formaldehyde,no toluene,no poisonous,odourless,no DMF. The ECO Friendly PU synthetic leather is main PU product of our company.The new water-based PU leather is good for our health.

Our company has new varieties of luminous products,which uses printing technology.This luminous effects can reach 30 minutes of sunlight and 5 hours of light in the dark.

Our new plant in Anhui province is currently under construction and expected to be completed in early 2023 and open for soft operation in March. Our new factory will have 4 PVC rolling production lines, 6 PVC foaming production lines, 8 PVC surface treatment production lines and supporting automatic packaging machines and coiling machines. At the same time, in our future plan, we will also purchase water-based solvent-free production line and dry coating line. Let's wait for our new factory completing!!!

Today our yield breaked through 200 thousands meters.This is the honor and effort of all the people in our factory. Usually our daily output is 150,000-170,000 meters, but today, with the perfect cooperation of our workers and the production of our excellent machines, we broke the 200,000 meters mark. Our factory has two supporting PVC production lines, from the beginning of the base cloth molding machine, to PVC calendering line, to PVC foaming line and PVC surface treatment line. Normally, the daily capacity of a whole supporting production line is about 80,000 meters, but today we break the common sense and break through ourselves. The cooperation of the workers and good machines are very important, but our technical team is also very important. They constantly improve the formula and production process, so that we can continue to make progress.

We bought a dye factory with a workshop of 20,000 square meters.It is located at No.1 Yuanfeng Avenue, Wangjiangjing Industrial Zone, Wangjiangjing Town, Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. It has 40 flat cylinder dyeing machines, 50 inclined tube dyeing machines, 6 molding machines, more than 200 workers,can dye 500,000 meters of fabric every day. Main business scope: Polyester,polyester cotton, Cotton, Brocade cotton, Cotton brocade, Yarn,Lace, Chemical fiber,Nylon and so on.
